Land acquisitions are only purchased without planning but with potential angles that warrant the investment. As a Collaborator Lateral works on a unique agreement that manages any purchase and exit which includes overseeing the agents and solicitors and reporting back into the Partner of the agreement.

The unique agreement creates a profit share environment that ensures fair play and incentive go hand in hand for both Partners.

Lateral acts as a consultant to large companies who seek to manage their property related cost base.

Lateral identifies areas of potential cost savings and presents a plan to deliver the savings.

Lateral manages agents and solicitors throughout the process and reports to the property owner. Lateral delivers savings using negotiation with Landlords on leases or straightforward sales / sub-lettings on commercial / retail units and manages any litigation if necessary.
